Which checklist should the quote use?

Separate cleaning requests from repairs, removals, replacement items or specialist treatment. If the checklist includes carpet extraction, that is outside Pristine’s EOT package and should not be silently treated as part of the property clean.

How do I resolve ambiguous items?

Terms such as deep clean, oven clean or all windows need a practical definition. Ask whether an oven request is the included basic clean or an optional deep clean for a standard single oven. Safely reachable internal windows differ from external or inaccessible glazing. Furnished rooms and appliance interiors need their own detail.

Record unresolved items in a short question list. It is better to agree the boundary before approving the price than to discover at the handover that the same phrase meant different things to different people.

What should the handover note contain?

Keep the property reference, agreed work and the person responsible for checking the result together. If an area could not be accessed or a task was outside scope, identify it rather than leave the receiving person to infer what happened. Photographs, where appropriate and permitted, should show the work without exposing tenant possessions or private information.

Agree who receives the note and who handles any remaining question. This is an operational cleaning handover; it is not a guarantee of an inventory decision or deposit outcome.

Where do I start a Borough cleaning enquiry?

Send the postcode, property size, bathroom count, requested date and the relevant checklist. Keep personal tenancy documents out of a general form. Use the Southwark EOT page to review the property brief or the SE1 service page to start the enquiry.

The starting prices below explain the standard package. Any item that changes the requested scope should be confirmed in the written quote before booking.

Your next step

Use the price answers and local service links on this page to check the scope. Request an end-of-tenancy quote with the postcode and property details, or message Pristine on WhatsApp. This is an enquiry, not a booking.

Price questions, answered

How much is an extra bathroom?

One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.

How much is the deep oven option?

A deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35. Double, range and nonstandard ovens, and other appliance interiors, are separately quoted. A basic oven clean is already included.

What is an example for a two-bedroom property with extras?

For the standard two-bedroom property, the starting total is £230. Adding one extra bathroom (£25) and the deep standard single-oven option (£35) gives an indicative starting total of £290. This is an example for those stated items, not a final quote for any particular property.

Are these confirmed booking prices?

No. These are starting totals for the stated standard scope. Furnishings, condition, size, access and requested work need review. Enquiring does not reserve a date or guarantee a deposit outcome.
