Routine cleaning for a working office
A surveyed scope can cover accessible desks and surfaces, common areas, kitchen and tea points, toilets, emptying bins into the agreed on-site collection point and vacuuming or damp wiping suitable ordinary floors.
Agree frequency and access
Share the floor area, staff numbers, opening hours, desired visit frequency, bathrooms, kitchen facilities and access or security requirements. We assess the tasks and time needed rather than apply commercial carpet extraction rates to routine office cleaning.
Replacing an existing cleaner
Tell us in writing whether a contractor or cleaning employees currently cover the proposed work. Before we quote a replacement arrangement, we ask about possible TUPE obligations and the relevant employee information. Contract scope and timing depend on that assessment.
What needs a separate scope
Specialist hard-floor treatment is outside our available service scope. Consumables, off-site waste removal and cleaning IT equipment are excluded from routine office cleaning. Deep carpet extraction and commercial upholstery cleaning are separate services, with their own assessment and quote.

Is office cleaning the same as office carpet cleaning?
No. Office cleaning covers agreed routine housekeeping tasks. Deep commercial carpet cleaning and carpet maintenance are separate services.
How much does office cleaning cost?
We quote after assessing floor area, staff numbers, tasks, frequency, condition and access. Commercial carpet prices do not apply to routine office cleaning.
Can you replace our current cleaning contractor?
Tell us about the existing arrangement in writing. We ask about possible TUPE obligations before quoting to replace an incumbent cleaner.
Do you provide consumables or remove waste off site?
These are excluded from the routine scope. Bin emptying means transfer to an agreed on-site collection point.
