What is included in the starting price?
A standard unfurnished property with one bathroom, a basic oven clean, kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, empty cupboards, dusting, skirting and safely reachable internal windows. Suitable floors are vacuumed or damp wiped as housekeeping. Carpet cleaning is excluded. No VAT is added.
What is the difference between basic and deep oven cleaning?
Basic cleaning covers accessible surfaces and a light grease wipe. An optional deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35, covering more thorough interior, racks and door glass degreasing where suitable, without a promise to dismantle the appliance. Double, range and nonstandard ovens are separately quoted.
How much is an extra bathroom?
One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.
Do you clean carpets or guarantee a deposit return?
Carpet washing, extraction and stain treatment are excluded. We do not offer residential carpet cleaning or guarantee a deposit outcome. Routine vacuuming is housekeeping.
Can you clean a furnished property?
Send photographs and details of the furniture remaining. Furnished properties, additional appliance interiors and nonstandard ovens have separately agreed scopes and quotes.
