Know what is included.
The standard package is for an unfurnished property with one bathroom and a basic oven clean. Kitchen surfaces, empty cupboards, dusting, skirting and safely reachable internal windows form part of the standard scope. Suitable floors are vacuumed or damp wiped as housekeeping.
Carpet washing, extraction and stain treatment are excluded. Furnished properties, extra bathrooms, additional appliance interiors and nonstandard ovens need their own agreed details.

Questions before you book
Does the EOT package include carpet cleaning?
No. Carpet washing, extraction and stain treatment are excluded. Routine vacuuming is housekeeping. Our specialist carpet and upholstery services remain commercial; we do not offer residential carpet cleaning.
Can you work around a checkout date?
Include the required date, property postcode and key-access window. Availability and the agreed scope must be confirmed before booking; submitting this enquiry does not reserve a date.
What if the property is furnished or has more than one bathroom?
Send photographs and describe the remaining furniture, bathrooms and appliances. One bathroom and a basic oven clean are included in the standard package. Additional bathrooms, deep oven cleaning and nonstandard appliances need the appropriate extra scope and quote.
Do you guarantee a deposit return?
No. We agree the cleaning scope and exclusions in writing. We cannot guarantee an inventory decision or deposit outcome.
Can a letting agent coordinate the clean?
Yes. Provide the property details, requested checklist, required date and who will arrange access and sign-off. The scope and booking still need separate confirmation.
