Planned programmes for offices, managed blocks and building portfolios. Agree the areas, the visit cycle and the records you need to keep each floor presentable.
Commercial carpet maintenance combines routine care, targeted treatment of busy areas and periodic deeper cleaning. The right programme depends on how soil enters the building, the carpet and backing, the way each zone is used and how long it can be taken out of service.
We start with an on-site survey. If the carpet needs an initial restorative clean, we quote that separately from the ongoing programme so you can compare the start-up cost with the recurring budget.
Reception, lift approaches, tea points and desk routes often need more attention than a lightly used meeting room. A programme can treat those zones differently. We assess actual condition before recommending frequencies, rather than assuming that every square metre needs a quarterly deep clean.

For communal corridors, stair cores and entrance lobbies, organise the schedule and quote by address. Agree resident notices, access restrictions and the areas that must remain usable. Keep completion records against the correct building so your team can see what was delivered.

Use our published rate bands as an initial budget reference. The programme quote follows a survey and specifies each visit’s scope. A maintenance visit is not automatically the same area or method as an initial deep clean, so multiplying a one-off quote by four is only a starting assumption.
Try the maintenance budget planner. It shows the area, frequency, minimum charge and assumptions alongside the total.
Soiling can make a carpet look worn, but cleaning cannot repair damaged backing, delamination, permanent colour loss or physical wear. Where the answer is uncertain, agree a test area and inspect it before commissioning the full floor. We will explain the limits of cleaning at survey.

Yes. We can quote an initial deep clean and an optional maintenance programme separately. You can see the cost and scope of each before deciding.
Yes. Carpet maintenance can sit alongside daily vacuuming and spot reporting. Agree who handles routine care and how stains or access problems should be reported between visits.
No. It uses published indicative rates and the assumptions you enter. The measured scope, carpet condition, method and access must be assessed before a fixed written quote is issued.
Tell us the postcode, the carpet area and when we can get access. We will arrange a free survey and give you a fixed written quote.
