Published rates for initial budgeting. A free site survey turns the carpet area, condition and access requirements into a fixed written quote.
One area band. One rate.
The applicable rate is used across the measured carpet area in the agreed visit. These are starting rates for budgeting; restorative work, method and site requirements are confirmed at survey.

Minimum charge: £250 per visit. No VAT is added.
Evening, overnight and weekend working is included. The fixed written quote is agreed before work starts.

These examples use the published rates with the £250 minimum applied. They assume one building, one visit and the stated carpet area. They are illustrations, not quotations.

A 60m² reception calculates to £168 before the minimum. The minimum applies, so the indicative visit total is £250.
What is included?
- Evening, overnight or weekend working within the agreed scope
- Site-specific RAMS and relevant COSHH data sheets
- Public liability insurance certificate on request
- The agreed cleaning method and drying arrangements
- A walk-round and sign-off against the quoted areas
The owner is DBS checked. If your site requires DBS checked operatives, request this when booking so attendance can be arranged accordingly.
What can change the quote?
Fibre and backing, heavy soiling, specialist stain treatment, the method, access restrictions and the practical time required. We identify these during the survey and agree any variation in writing. A programme is scoped per building; do not assume separate addresses can be pooled into one area band.
The published rate floor is £2.00/m². Any maintenance or method adjustment is confirmed in the written quote. We do not promise a standard percentage discount.
Pay after the work is signed off
No deposit is required. The payment arrangement is confirmed with the written quote, and nothing is payable until the work has been signed off.
