The applicable rate is used across the measured carpet area in the agreed visit. These are starting rates for budgeting; restorative work, method and site requirements are confirmed at survey.

Minimum charge: £250 per visit. No VAT is added.
Evening, overnight and weekend working is included. The fixed written quote is agreed before work starts.

A 60m² reception calculates to £168 before the minimum. The minimum applies, so the indicative visit total is £250.

The owner is DBS checked. If your site requires DBS checked operatives, request this when booking so attendance can be arranged accordingly.
What can change the quote?
Fibre and backing, heavy soiling, specialist stain treatment, the method, access restrictions and the practical time required. We identify these during the survey and agree any variation in writing. A programme is scoped per building; do not assume separate addresses can be pooled into one area band.
Is there a first-time customer offer?
First-time Pristine customers can apply 10% off the standard commercial carpet cleaning estimate in our calculator. A £250 minimum applies per visit after the discount, so smaller jobs may save less than 10% or nothing.
Estimates can be accepted within 14 days of issue, subject to survey, unchanged scope and availability. An estimate or enquiry does not confirm a booking. A free site survey confirms the measured area, carpet condition and access before a fixed written quote.
Standard rates start at £2.00/m² for visits of 1,000 m² or more. With the first-time offer this is equivalent to £1.80/m² before the £250 minimum. Other maintenance or method adjustments are confirmed in the written quote.
Pay after the work is signed off
No deposit is required. The payment arrangement is confirmed with the written quote, and nothing is payable until the work has been signed off.

We also offer routine office cleaning and full property end-of-tenancy cleaning, excluding carpet cleaning. These services have separate written quotations. Published carpet rates and the £250 minimum apply to commercial carpet work only.
