Commercial carpet cleaning prices per m² in London
Our online tariff for office and other commercial carpet cleaning is a single rate for the whole area, set by the size of the job. There is a £250 standard minimum. VAT is not added to these prices.

The bands are not marginal. The rate for your band applies to every square metre, so the price can fall where one band ends and the next begins. For example, 600 m² is £1,680.00 but 601 m² is £1,442.40.
- 100 m² example: £280.00 standard estimate, or £252.00 with the first-time offer (a saving of £28.00).
- 50 m² example: the £250 minimum applies, so the estimate is £250.00 with or without the first-time offer.
How the estimate and the first-time offer work
- The estimate is provisional. It assumes the scope is unchanged from the area entered, and it is subject to a survey, the confirmed scope and availability.
- The first-time offer is for customers who have not used Pristine before. It takes 10% off the standard estimate and is never applied below £250. Customers who have used us before see the standard estimate.
- An estimate can be accepted for 14 days from the issue time shown on it. If you accept within that time, the service can take place after the 14 days, subject to availability.
- The estimate covers commercial carpet cleaning of the area entered. It is not a booking confirmation.
