Receive a fixed quote stating the areas, method, exclusions and access arrangements before any cleaning starts.

Confirm work zones and access controls. Carry out suitable dry-soil removal and preparation for the agreed method.

Assess problem marks and use appropriate pre-treatment, agitation and the selected cleaning method. Follow the carpet and product instructions.

Use the agreed moisture-recovery, airflow and ventilation arrangements. Review the actual conditions before reopening.

Walk the quoted areas, record exceptions and follow-up items, and complete the agreed handback. Payment follows sign-off.

For maintenance, record condition by zone and review the next visit’s scope alongside routine vacuuming and spot response.
