How should an agent brief more than one property?

Identify who approves the quote for each address. If an owner or another team controls approval, make that clear early. The enquiry is a request to review the work; it is not an instruction to start or a reservation of cleaning capacity.

Which details belong with each address?

Record whether the property will be empty, what furniture remains, which appliance options are wanted and what the agent checklist requires. Include who arranges keys and who is available to resolve access issues. Share relevant cleaning photographs without unnecessary private tenant information.

A task that appears on an agent list may still be outside the proposed package. Carpet extraction, repairs, clearance or specialist treatment should not be assumed to be included simply because they are requested on the same document.

How do I keep the handover clear?

Agree a receiving contact for the cleaning handover and keep any exceptions with the property record. If access to a room was restricted or the requested scope changed, record that explicitly. Avoid mixing the status of one address with the next property on the schedule.

Cleaning completion and an agent’s inventory decision are different events. This guide does not promise a deposit outcome or an automatic re-clean policy. Ask about any unresolved item using the agreed scope as the reference.

What should the first enquiry contain?

For an Elephant and Castle or Walworth property, send the exact postcode, desired date and property-specific brief. SE1 and nearby SE17 enquiries are checked by address; borough and postcode boundaries are not treated as a guarantee of availability.

The Southwark EOT service page provides the quote route. The price table below shows the standard unfurnished package and the specified extras, with final scope and price confirmed in writing.

Your next step

Use the price answers and local service links on this page to check the scope. Request an end-of-tenancy quote with the postcode and property details, or message Pristine on WhatsApp. This is an enquiry, not a booking.

Price questions, answered

How much is an extra bathroom?

One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.

How much is the deep oven option?

A deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35. Double, range and nonstandard ovens, and other appliance interiors, are separately quoted. A basic oven clean is already included.

What is an example for a two-bedroom property with extras?

For the standard two-bedroom property, the starting total is £230. Adding one extra bathroom (£25) and the deep standard single-oven option (£35) gives an indicative starting total of £290. This is an example for those stated items, not a final quote for any particular property.

Are these confirmed booking prices?

No. These are starting totals for the stated standard scope. Furnishings, condition, size, access and requested work need review. Enquiring does not reserve a date or guarantee a deposit outcome.
