When is an empty property ready for cleaning?

Do not assume waste clearance, furniture moving or handling possessions is part of the clean. An agent checklist should be translated into a practical agreed scope, with any separate services dealt with explicitly.

What should I do about cupboards and appliances?

Identify which cupboards will be empty and accessible. Describe the oven and any other appliance interiors you want cleaned. Ask what preparation is needed for the agreed scope; do not leave the cleaning team to decide what to do with food, packed items or private possessions.

The included basic oven clean and optional deep standard single-oven clean are different tasks. Other appliances and nonstandard ovens need their own details. Use the quote to confirm which work has been accepted rather than relying on a broad kitchen-cleaning description.

Who checks utilities and access?

Ask what utilities are needed for the planned work and check the arrangements for that property. Confirm who authorises entry, where the keys will be and who can respond during the agreed window. Keep access codes and confidential personal details out of the general enquiry.

If the property cannot be made ready or a restriction changes, notify the business before relying on the original plan. A preferred date submitted online does not by itself confirm the appointment.

How do I request a Kennington or Oval quote?

Provide the exact postcode, property size, bathroom count, furniture remaining, requested appliance scope and preferred date. Use the Lambeth EOT page to review the planning requirements. Enquiries around SE11 and adjoining postcodes are assessed individually.

Check the starting prices and exclusions below, then use the EOT enquiry or WhatsApp route. Carpet cleaning is excluded, and the written scope and availability must be confirmed before booking.

Your next step

Use the price answers and local service links on this page to check the scope. Request an end-of-tenancy quote with the postcode and property details, or message Pristine on WhatsApp. This is an enquiry, not a booking.

Price questions, answered

How much is an extra bathroom?

One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.

How much is the deep oven option?

A deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35. Double, range and nonstandard ovens, and other appliance interiors, are separately quoted. A basic oven clean is already included.

What is an example for a two-bedroom property with extras?

For the standard two-bedroom property, the starting total is £230. Adding one extra bathroom (£25) and the deep standard single-oven option (£35) gives an indicative starting total of £290. This is an example for those stated items, not a final quote for any particular property.

Are these confirmed booking prices?

No. These are starting totals for the stated standard scope. Furnishings, condition, size, access and requested work need review. Enquiring does not reserve a date or guarantee a deposit outcome.
