Which dates need agreeing first?
If removals are still in progress, describe which rooms and belongings will remain. Cleaning through occupied rooms is a different scope from an empty-property clean. Avoid scheduling changes by asking who controls each milestone and how a delay will be communicated.
Who hands over the keys?
Name the person who can authorise entry and the person who will receive the property afterwards. Ask whether the keys are at the property, with an agent or with a concierge. Any collection or return arrangement needs explicit agreement; do not assume it follows from the postcode.
For a building with managed access, check the visitor procedure and any permitted working window. Do not send entry codes in an enquiry. A contact who can resolve a practical access issue is more useful than an unverified assumption that someone will be available.
What should be ready before the agreed window?
Confirm that the requested rooms and cupboards can be accessed and that removals or waste-clearance arrangements have been dealt with separately. Describe the appliances that need attention. Ask about the necessary utilities and any building-specific restrictions before the appointment is confirmed.
A short readiness note is useful: empty rooms, remaining furniture, accessible cupboards, requested appliance scope and the contact for entry. Keep it with the agent checklist so changes can be picked up before the work is due.
What happens if the checkout plan changes?
Tell the business as soon as the timing or property condition changes. Ask it to confirm any revised scope or availability. This guide does not promise a same-day replacement slot or that cleaning can fit an unspecified gap between removals and checkout.

Price questions, answered
How much is an extra bathroom?
One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.

A deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35. Double, range and nonstandard ovens, and other appliance interiors, are separately quoted. A basic oven clean is already included.
What is an example for a two-bedroom property with extras?
For the standard two-bedroom property, the starting total is £230. Adding one extra bathroom (£25) and the deep standard single-oven option (£35) gives an indicative starting total of £290. This is an example for those stated items, not a final quote for any particular property.
Are these confirmed booking prices?
No. These are starting totals for the stated standard scope. Furnishings, condition, size, access and requested work need review. Enquiring does not reserve a date or guarantee a deposit outcome.
