Planning carpet cleaning in Chiswick
Pristine works with facilities teams, managing agents and business occupiers in Chiswick. Request a site survey for a one-off clean, a maintenance programme or both. Coverage and availability are confirmed using the site postcode.
Office zones that are free at different times
In a multi-floor office, reception and meeting rooms may be released at different times from the open-plan floors. List each zone with its floor, then agree the order, furniture responsibilities and who signs off each zone.

A four-step plan for a multi-floor visit
In a multi-floor office or managed building, reception and meeting rooms may be needed at different times from the open-plan floors. Your team knows those times and your building sets its own access arrangements, so we plan from the details you supply. Work through these steps with whoever books the rooms and runs the front of house.
- List the zones. Reception, each meeting room, open-plan floors, corridors and lift approaches, each on its own line with the floor it is on.
- Map the time windows. For each zone, when it is last used and when it is next needed, including room bookings, early visitors at reception and other contractors.
- Check the equipment route. Ask building management where equipment can be unloaded, which lift can be used and how the team reaches each floor.
- Agree the quote and handback. The written quote lists the zones, their order, the method and exclusions. The handback names who walks each zone with us and who decides when it returns to use.
Agree furniture responsibilities zone by zone: who moves meeting-room tables and chairs, where they go and what stays in place as a recorded exclusion.
Carpet and seating are separate scopes. Reception sofas and meeting-room chairs are not covered by the square-metre carpet rates. If they also need cleaning, they are assessed and quoted separately; see commercial upholstery surveys.
Choose the scope your building needs
For an office, include carpet tiles, desk routes and meeting rooms as separate zones where their condition differs. For a managed block, list communal corridors, stairs and lobbies against the correct building and floor.

Survey, price and access
We measure the carpet, assess its condition and agree the cleaning method before issuing a fixed written quote. Published rates run from £2.00 to £2.80/m² with a £250 minimum per visit; no VAT is added. Separate buildings and stair areas need their own confirmed scope.
Evening, overnight and weekend work is included within the agreed scope. Supply the building’s loading, lift and contractor-access instructions at survey. For driving-zone rules and charges, use Transport for London’s current guidance for the actual address and date.
Local booking questions
Can reception and meeting rooms be cleaned at different times from the office floors?
Yes, where your building's access and the drying arrangements allow it. We agree the order of zones, who moves furniture and who signs off each zone at survey. Dates are subject to availability, and each zone returns to use only after the agreed checks.
Do you offer recurring carpet maintenance in Chiswick?
Yes. The survey establishes which zones need attention, the visit scope and a suitable frequency. Initial deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately.
What do you need to arrange a survey?
The company name, site postcode, building type and a contact who can arrange access. Floor plans and an approximate carpet area are useful if available; we confirm measurements on site.
