Planning carpet cleaning in Brentford
Pristine works with facilities teams, managing agents and business occupiers in Brentford. Request a site survey for a one-off clean, a maintenance programme or both. Coverage and availability are confirmed using the site postcode.
Carpeted areas inside a business park unit
Estate and building managers set the contractor arrangements, not the contractor. Bring the loading point, booking process, lift access and site contact to the survey, and mark which areas are carpet and which are hard floor.
- Office carpet tiles
- Reception carpets
- Carpeted meeting rooms
What your estate or building manager supplies
Business parks and managed estates set their own contractor arrangements, and these vary from site to site. Ask your estate or building manager for the current contractor entry instructions, and the visit plan is built from what they confirm. Gather these details before the survey:
- Loading point and booking. Where a vehicle can unload, whether a slot or permit must be booked and how far ahead.
- Vehicle to door. Where the vehicle waits during the visit and the distance from the loading point to the building entrance.
- Equipment route and lifts. The route from the entrance to each carpeted floor, any narrow doors, and which lift can be used and when.
- Site contact. Who registers the team, meets them on arrival and can agree changes on the day.
Define the carpeted areas precisely. In a fit-out or newly occupied unit, carpet may sit beside hard floors; only the carpet is in our scope, and we do not offer specialist hard-floor cleaning. If fit-out trades are still working, agree when the carpet is released to us. Any re-clean after snagging or returning trades is a separate scope with its own price.
Office chairs and reception seating are outside the carpet price. They can be assessed and quoted separately; see commercial upholstery surveys.
Choose the scope your building needs
For an office, include carpet tiles, desk routes and meeting rooms as separate zones where their condition differs. For a managed block, list communal corridors, stairs and lobbies against the correct building and floor.

Survey, price and access
We measure the carpet, assess its condition and agree the cleaning method before issuing a fixed written quote. Published rates run from £2.00 to £2.80/m² with a £250 minimum per visit; no VAT is added. Separate buildings and stair areas need their own confirmed scope.
Evening, overnight and weekend work is included within the agreed scope. Supply the building’s loading, lift and contractor-access instructions at survey. For driving-zone rules and charges, use Transport for London’s current guidance for the actual address and date.
Local booking questions
Can you arrange access to our business park yourselves?
No. Access is arranged through your estate or building manager. Send us their loading, booking, lift and contractor-registration requirements and we plan the visit around them. Dates are confirmed after the survey, subject to availability.
Do you offer recurring carpet maintenance in Brentford?
Yes. The survey establishes which zones need attention, the visit scope and a suitable frequency. Initial deep cleaning and ongoing maintenance can be quoted separately.
What do you need to arrange a survey?
The company name, site postcode, building type and a contact who can arrange access. Floor plans and an approximate carpet area are useful if available; we confirm measurements on site.
