Which oven work is included?

Tell us whether the property has a standard single oven, double oven, range cooker or another arrangement. Nonstandard ovens need a separate assessment and quote. Clear photographs and the appliance type are more useful than the word oven by itself.

Are fridge and other appliance interiors included?

Describe each appliance interior you want assessed rather than assuming a whole-kitchen label covers every item. Confirm the requested work in the written scope. Emptying, defrosting, moving, disconnecting or preparing an appliance should not be inferred as an agreed task without discussion.

Follow the appliance manufacturer’s safe-use instructions when preparing it and ask what needs to be ready for the agreed clean. Do not ask the cleaning team to infer the state of an appliance from an inventory description alone.

What if there is an extra bathroom?

One bathroom is included in the standard starting package. The table shows the extra-bathroom amount. A separate WC is scoped separately, and any nonstandard requirement should be described before the final quote. Explain the actual room arrangement so the scope is not based on an ambiguous count.

The number of bedrooms is still useful, but it does not replace the bathroom and appliance details. Keep those variables together when comparing quotes from different providers.

Can I enquire for an SE16 property?

Canada Water and Rotherhithe enquiries can be submitted with the exact postcode for a coverage and availability check. This guide does not promise every SE16 address or a particular date. The Southwark EOT page gives the wider enquiry brief.

Send the property size, bathrooms, oven type, other requested appliance interiors, condition and preferred date. Use the form or WhatsApp to ask for the written quote; carpet cleaning is excluded from this EOT service.

Your next step

Use the price answers and local service links on this page to check the scope. Request an end-of-tenancy quote with the postcode and property details, or message Pristine on WhatsApp. This is an enquiry, not a booking.

Price questions, answered

How much is an extra bathroom?

One bathroom is included. Each extra bathroom adds £25. Separate WCs are scoped and quoted separately.

How much is the deep oven option?

A deep clean for one standard single oven adds £35. Double, range and nonstandard ovens, and other appliance interiors, are separately quoted. A basic oven clean is already included.

What is an example for a two-bedroom property with extras?

For the standard two-bedroom property, the starting total is £230. Adding one extra bathroom (£25) and the deep standard single-oven option (£35) gives an indicative starting total of £290. This is an example for those stated items, not a final quote for any particular property.

Are these confirmed booking prices?

No. These are starting totals for the stated standard scope. Furnishings, condition, size, access and requested work need review. Enquiring does not reserve a date or guarantee a deposit outcome.
