What is included in the survey?
We measure the carpet to be cleaned, assess visible condition and check the fibre, backing and access. The written quote identifies the areas, method, exclusions and any furniture responsibilities.

Agree the room-release sequence
List the rooms and corridors that can be handed over together, plus areas guests must still reach. Allow for inspection and actual drying before releasing an area for use. A booked opening time does not determine how fast a carpet dries.
One-off cleaning or planned maintenance?
Start with a one-off deep clean where restoration is needed. For ongoing care, agree a programme based on the condition and use of each zone. Initial restorative work and recurring visits are scoped separately, so the two costs are easy to compare.
Price, documents and completion
Published indicative carpet rates are £2.80/m² up to 600m², £2.40/m² above 600 and below 1,000m², and £2.00/m² from 1,000m². The minimum is £250 per visit; no VAT is added. The fixed price follows a free survey.
Evening, overnight and weekend work is included within the agreed scope. Site-specific RAMS, relevant COSHH documentation and the public liability certificate are provided for the work. Agree who inspects the completed areas and signs off the visit.

Can you clean one floor at a time?
We can plan phased work where safe access and drying arrangements allow it. Agree the room-release sequence and who authorises each area’s return to use.
How much time should we allow for drying?
There is no universal reopening time. Fibre, backing, method, moisture recovery, ventilation and conditions all matter. We agree an estimated window and checks at survey.
Can we get a fixed quote before booking?
Yes. A free site survey establishes the measured scope, method and access arrangements. We provide a written price before cleaning starts.
